How Can Magnesium Deficiency Be Treated?

You might well be asking, how can I increase my magnesium levels? Naturally, you’d start eating more spinach, silver beets, pumpkin seeds, almonds, black beans and yogurt in your regular, daily diet. You would munch on more dark chocolate, and enjoy figs, bananas, and avocados! But you’re still wondering, which form of magnesium is best for anxiety, migraines, or for improved sleep, etc.? And for the more advanced conditions we listed, earlier?

How Can Magnesium Supplements Help?

How can I take magnesium and in what forms?

Not all magnesium supplementation is taken orally. In fact, we have found a very effective one which is not taken orally but is sprayed onto the skin and absorbed into the body. It is a magnesium spray supplement – called Renew, that is taken transdermally and it has performed exceptionally well!

This method of direct absorption into the body is suitable for one very good reason. Only 1% of your available magnesium actually circulates in your arteries and veins. The majority of your body’s magnesium is stored in your heart, brain, and bones. So taking it transdermally is just fine!

Watch the fascinating video in full, just below. You will learn a lot more about the benefits of magnesium. It is implicated in so many chronic diseases. Magnesium deficiency is one health condition that we can easily correct. Here’s the remedy. I trust you will enjoy discovering the scientific evidence that drives research further in the right direction!

Taking magnesium supplements is even more important than taking calcium supplements! And the calcium you take actually needs magnesium as a cofactor, to make it work effectively. It is true that most American adults are suffering from some degree of magnesium deficiency. This is probably due to the ‘SAD’ (Standard American Diet), with excessive consumption of fast foods, fats, salt, and carbohydrates. Do try to eat more spinach, kale, beets, avocados, seeds, and nuts, etc., as outlined above.

    Re: magnesium deficiency symptoms:

I was suffering from an ulcer near the (L) ankle, and chilblains on the toes and some swelling in the (L) foot.

I started with a spray-on magnesium oil (as offered to you above in the blog post. Same stuff, generically speaking…. )

Magnesium oil with magnesium chloride and glucosamine sulphate plus menthol … designed for muscles and joints.

Magnesium chloride in the ‘spray-on’ form is so easy to apply, and SO needed by your body in all cells and organ systems!

You simply select which part of your body you want to improve. You spray on the magnesium oil, then massage it well into the skin. You’ll feel a light tingling sensation …

The magnesium tingling feeling means that it’s definitely working, and being absorbed into your skin.

Wait 24 hours and repeat, daily. After a few days you’ll notice things healing and getting back to normal health.

In my personal experience, that’s how good transdermal (spray-on) magnesium oil is. Just persevere and you will get the desired healing. It works at a cellular level in the mitochondria, (the energy production part of the cell.)
